The Problem

Four-outlet chain using two different POS systems with no central inventory or reporting. GST compliance was manual. Customers wanted contactless menus post-COVID. Kitchen orders lost between floors during peak hours.

The Solution

Built a Laravel POS with a separate Kitchen Display System (KDS) running on tablets, QR-based digital menus with per-table ordering, central multi-outlet inventory, and GST-compliant invoicing. Integrated with UPI and card payments.

The Outcome

Order-to-kitchen time reduced from ~4 min to 30 seconds. Customer order accuracy up. Manager-level visibility across all 4 outlets in real time.
