The Problem

The firm managed 400+ active cases across criminal, civil, and corporate practice areas using a mix of physical files and individual lawyers' Google Drives. No central audit trail. The Solution

Built a Laravel application with hierarchical role-based access (partner/associate/paralegal/client), case status tracking with court-date reminders, encrypted document vault (AES-256 at rest), time tracking per matter, and integrated client portal.
